This is rough b/c I measured this when I was only walking, and now I do some jogging/running too.
- 20 paces = 80m – the marks on my compass, for 1:10,000 map
- 10 paces = 80 m for 1:5000 map
- 30 paces = 100m
- 75 paces = 250m
- 240 paces = .5 mile
- 300 paces = 1km
